About the job
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support our marketing and sales activities by effectively managing data and creating useful leads. Our CRM already contains organizations for which we require targeted connections and valid email addresses.
Job instructions
- Data Entry: Correctly enter, update, and maintain data in our databases and CRM systems.
- Lead Generation: Identify and collect contact information, including genuine emails, for potential leads within firms that are already in our CRM.
- Data mining is the process of analyzing massive datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and valuable insights.
- Conduct extensive web research to obtain information about target contacts, market trends, competitor analysis, and potential business possibilities.
- Database management involves conducting regular audits and updates to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Reporting: Create reports and summaries using acquired data to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales departments to ensure that data collection efforts are aligned with company objectives.
