About the job
- During admission, the nurses do an initial assessment.
- Providing patient and relative orientation to room and nursing services
- Carrying out the principal directions as instructed by the doctor.
Job instructions
- Responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and patient-friendly environment for the patient.
- Maintaining the patient's personal hygiene and comfort levels.
- Attending to the nutritional needs of the patient.
- Coordinates patient care with other members of the health team.
- Placing an Indent for the required medicine pharmacy.
- Drugs are administered as ordered using safe injection methods.
- Clinical tasks include administering medication, supporting doctors with various medical procedures, and preparing papers.
- Observe changes in the patient's condition and records, take required action, and report to the appropriate authority.
