The hospital is looking for NICU nursing staff to join our dynamic team and embark on a lucrative career path.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate NICU nursing staff to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The NICU Nursing Staff will be in charge of delivering specialist nursing care to premature and severely ill neonates in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
The ideal applicant will have a solid history in newborn nursing, great clinical abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Job instructions

Provide direct patient care to babies admitted to the NICU by monitoring vital signs, delivering medications, and performing medical procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and implement individual care programs
Assessment & Monitoring:Conduct continual examinations of neonatal patients, detecting changes in condition and responding swiftly.
Use modern monitoring devices to track vital signs and physiological data.
Family Support:Educate and support parents and family members with the care of their newborn in the NICU.
Create a caring and sympathetic environment for families facing difficult situations.
