About the job
- Working with both (mainly) Shopify and WordPress to update client websites.
- Participation in project and job scoping, including understanding client needs, offering recommendations on the most effective solution, and advising how long it will take to implement.
- Implement agreed-upon solutions for clients' websites to enhance UX and sales.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager to identify client priorities and manage workload.
Job instructions
- Assist with Shopify integrations, including API and/or building processes to import and export data to and from external systems, as needed.
- Excellent oral and written English communication, as two important parts of this role are:
- Communicate directly with clients via email to ensure that solutions suit their needs, give user instructions, and respond to bug reports.
- Joining video conferences and creating Loom videos to discuss problems, solutions, and provide guidance
