About the job
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on all AHUs, split air conditioners, and chillers in accordance with the tasks assigned by the lead engineer.
- Make sure you have the right tools for troubleshooting.
- Follow instructions when moving or installing new machinery.
- carrying out all tasks in compliance with established operating procedures and any required safety precautions.
- Help senior technicians with symptom analysis and diagnostic testing.
- Maintain a current list of all the tools connected to refrigeration.
- Determine the source of the problems, fix them, and look into ways to improve equipment performance and smooth operation.
- As needed, carry out various refrigeration tasks, and make sure that any repairs are taken care of right away by the in changer engineer.
Job instructions
- Provide the corresponding officer or engineer with the requirements and specifications for the machine parts, materials, and tools.
- To learn about machine issues, needs, and clearance for maintenance tasks, speak with the machine operators or the responsible area.
- In classified areas, dress appropriately, cover yourself, and adhere to the protocol.
- Help less experienced technicians by providing training and growth opportunities.
- Ask senior coworkers, officers, or engineers for advice on technical matters.
- Engage in Kaizen-related activities.
- Organize and clean the workspace in accordance with the 5S guidelines.
- Comply with instructions from officers and engineers, complete assigned tasks, and submit work reports to the appropriate officers.
- Assist other field technicians, such as electricians, mechanical technicians, plumbers, etc., if necessary (or directed by officials).
