About the job
- Patient Support: Assisting patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Bedside assistance includes making patients' beds, changing bed sheets, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the patient's surroundings.
- Patient transport is moving patients to and from various areas of a healthcare facility, such as the operating room, radiography, or physical therapy.
- Meal Distribution: Distributing and serving meals to patients, as well as aiding them with eating as needed.
Job instructions
- Ward Hygiene: Keeping the ward clean and organized, including frequent equipment cleaning and keeping the atmosphere sanitary.
- Monitoring Patient Comfort: Ensure that patients have access to essential goods such as water, blankets, and call bells.
- Assisting Medical Staff: Providing assistance to nursing and medical personnel, such as retrieving supplies or transferring patients for tests or treatments.
