Architect/ Interior designer
About the job
To handle all aspects of architectural work, such as planning, designing, and supervising the construction of residential buildings (builder floors, apartments, villas, etc.), we are seeking a right-brained architect/interior designer. From the beginning to the end, you will be involved in the design and construction of new buildings as well as additions, modifications, restorations, and conservations. The objective is to create designs that are visually appealing, functional, and sustainable while also meeting the needs of the client.
Job instructions
- Oversee the project from beginning to end to guarantee excellent, creative, and practical design.
- Utilize the brief to determine the needs of the client and provide design concepts and feasibility studies.
- Create concepts with the demands of your clients, the use of your buildings, and the environment in mind.
- Create thorough plans and make any necessary adjustments.
- Assemble project requirements.
- Respect deadlines and budgets.
- Make sure that all work is completed in accordance with the applicable standards, building codes, directives, and regulations.
- Make site visits to assess project status and provide project updates.
- Work together and communicate with experts in building.
- Keep up with developments and trends in architecture.
